Ruth Jones’ first involvement with Believe came in 2016, when she appeared in a film alongside a whole host of famous Welsh faces, explaining more about the work of the charity.

 

Ruth has continued her support and even donated a day as an extra on the set of Stella at our first Believe Ball. This donation raised a staggering £2000 and was then gifted by the winning bidder to Anna-Louise, 

who, alongside family friend Father Irving, appeared in the Christmas Special (watch out for Bar person number 2!).

 

Ruth looked over the script for Believe’s award-winning animation and even spent time with Anna-Louise before the publication of her book in September 2024, Life: A Story of Believing.
